HydroSure Hold Down Stake - 13mm to 25mm - Black - Pack of 25

This hold down stake is easy to use, simply push the hook over your pipe and push the stake down into the ground. The stake should be pushed in firmly to ensure it does not become loose. We recommend using one stake per metre in a straight run to keep your system securely in place whilst preventing trip hazards.

This HydroSure Hold Down Stake is perfect for securing 13-25mm internal diameter (15mm to 32mm outer diameter) Irrigation Pipe, Drip Line or Soaker Hose through bedding and borders. Securing pipe in an irrigation system is important as it reduces the risk of damage caused by the movement of pipes additionally, it helps to prevent trip-hazards minimising the risk of accidents.

The thick plastic and unique Y-shaped design provide better durability due to the increased bend resistance. Prevents lateral movement due to the larger surface area and length of the stake (17cm) creating a better grip when in the ground. Features an ergonomically shaped hook that anchors pipe in place minimising pipe travel and flow disruption during all seasons and weather.

UV stabilised materials, such as acetal and polypropylene, prevents the stake from deteriorating in the sunlight to ensure a longer life. Without this quality of plastic, the stake would begin to fade and crack over time.

Built-in surface grips are designed to assist with the installation even when hands are wet. These grips also feature a flat edge so the ground stake can be discreetly disguised amongst plants in your garden and neatly tucks pipe out of the way functioning to also prevent trip hazards.

The HydroSure Hold Down Stake can be hammered into the soil using a rubber mallet without the risk of damaging the stake or the irrigation pipe due to the design. Allowing force to be applied to the hammer point of the stake increases pressure directly to the point of entry into the soil ensuring quick and easy installation.
