Eliminates the need to cut 4mm Micro Pipe when making a 90° bend. Simply clip onto the outside of 4mm microtube to form a leak-proof bend in a micro-irrigation system. These elbows easily redirect tubing without kinking or restricting water flow. The Clip also features a mounting hole that allows it to act as a wall clip by securing it in place with a 2mm nail (not included).
The ergonomically shaped tapered edge allows pipe to easily slide onto the joiner and the protruding barb anchors it securely into place. Heat the end of the pipe in hot water for 10-30 seconds for easy installation.
Ideal for use in micro-irrigation/emitter systems that function at optimal pressures between 0.5 bar to 3 bar, such as, micro drip, micro-sprinkler and micro-spray systems. Use a pressure reducer at the start of your irrigation system to regulate pressure to the correct level.
Create a network of 4mm pipe for a flexible way to branch off emitters from lateral pipe or navigate a network of microbore soaker hose/dripline. Please Note: 4mm pipe should only be run in 10 metre lengths due to extra friction in smaller pipes which may hinder water flow and efficiency after this length.

Begin by piercing a 4mm hole into the side wall of the LDPE Irrigation Pipe using a Hole Punch. One outlet of a 4mm Barbed Joiner can be pushed into the hole created and the other protruding from outside the pipe offers the ideal connection for a length of 4mm Drip Line or 4mm Micro Pipe.
Please Note: Branching off 4mm drip line from 13mm or 17mm drip line should be avoided as piercing holes in the sidewall can impact the pre-determined output of emitters. Instead, branch off micro drip line using LDPE as the header pipe.
Install a Goof Plug or 4mm Valve inside the internal bore for a water-tight connection that maintains water pressure within your irrigation system. A 4mm valve is an ideal end plug solution for micro pipe as it allows the system to be flushed throughout the watering season, alternatively, it can be used to control or isolate water flow.
