We understand that when you buy your products, you need reassurance that you can change your mind, when you want to, and get your money back.
To help give you that peace of mind, we have a 30 day return policy so you can live without the pressure to return products quickly.
• You can return any items you purchased for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in the unused condition that you received them in
• The cost of returning the goods is at your own cost. We recommend that you use a parcel delivery company that will insure you for the value of the goods you are returning.
Please note that we cannot accept hygiene products (e.g. gloves) back if the packets have been opened.
We cannot accept returns of specially ordered, bespoke or made to measure products.

*Please check your package weight and dimensions before requesting. Weight is displayed on your original delivery note. Your original order reference or delivery postcode will be required to book.
You are welcome to arrange your own returns outside of these options. To return a product, please enclose the original delivery note stating the reason for return and if you would like an exchange or refund and send it to:

If you have lost your original delivery note don't worry! Just print out and complete our Returns Form and send it with the item to the address shown on the form.
Once your item is received and inspected by our service department, your refund will be automatically processed and issued. Please note that depending on your bank, a refund can take up to 7 working days to show in your account.
Booking a service with Collect+ a contract is formed between yourself the consumer and Collect+ the supplier and is independent of Choice Shops LTD. Choice Shops LTD will not be held liable for any delays, losses or failures of service.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us before returning the item(s). We are not able to refund return costs when arranged outside of this process. This must be reported within 7 days of delivery, or within the warranty period should a product develop a fault.
We regret that we cannot accept items for repair and that we do not stock spares for all products.
