This HydroSure Layflat Start Connector has a 13mm V-shaped nook that can be inserted into the wall of a layflat hose or drip tape. The 3/4" BSP Female thread provides an easy connection to accessories with a 3/4" BSP Male thread. Threaded starters can be used with valves, manifolds or other connectors to easily extend your irrigation system. Perfect for horticultural and agricultural water systems, suitable for permanent applications.

To insert into layflat hose or drip tape, start by creating a small hole in the hose/tape. Unscrew the nut of the fitting then push the nook downwards, into the hole created. Once fully inside, tilt the connector back so that it is sitting on the outside of the pipe. Finally screw the nut down onto the pipe creating a firm fit.
