How it Works

Click & Collect Lockers

If you have selected a click-and-collect locker for your parcel to be delivered to, our delivery partner Evri will email and text you to advise you when your order has arrived at the locker to be collected.

Once your parcel has been delivered to the locker you will have 3 days to pick up your parcel from the location.

Below is a step by step by step breakdown of how you can collect your parcel from a locker location:

1. You will have received an email and text from Evri to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect

2. In the email from Evri you will have received a QR code and a unique PIN code which you will need when you collect your parcel

3. Arrive at the locker location which will look something like this:

4. Follow the instructions on the locker screen and scan the QR code or enter the unique PIN you have received in the email.

5. A door will automatically open with your parcel.

6. Collect your parcel from the locker. 

7. Close the opened locker door.

Click & Collect Parcel Shop

If you have selected a collect parcel shop for your parcel to be delivered to our delivery partner Evri will email and text you to advise you when your order has arrived at the parcel shop to be collected.

Once your parcel has been delivered to the parcel shop you will have 10 days to pick up your parcel from the location.

Below is a step by step by step breakdown of how you can collect your parcel from a parcel shop location:

1. You will have received a text and email from Evri to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect

2. Arrive at the parcel shop location

3. Provide the email or text from Evri that advises your parcel is ready to collect along with a proof of ID that matches the name on the order. The proof of ID that can be accepted is a UK Driving Licence, Passport, Debit/Credit Card, Utility Bill, Photo ID Card, Council Tax Statement, Cheque Book, or Birth Certificate.

Order by 9 pm Monday - Friday for Standard Delivery.
Orders delivered within 3-5 working days.
UK Mainland only.

Express Delivery

£5.95

Order before 9 pm Monday to Friday for delivery in 1-2 working days.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or after 9 pm will be processed the working days after placing the order.
