This pre-assembled solution arrives complete and ready to use with all the tools you need included. To install, pierce a hole in your LDPE pipeline using the sharp end of the ground stake. Install the 4mm barbed joiner already attached to the end of the 4mm feeder tube into the hole just created. The 30cm length of feeder tube allows for ultimate flexibility when choosing where to place your micro spray. Once you have chosen where to situate your micro spray, secure it into the ground using the stake.

The built-in 30cm ground stake ensures the micro spray head remains securely in position and elevates the height of the micro spray. Increasing the height furthers the diameter and radius water is outputted from the spray head, ensuring the perfect resolution for watering taller plants or areas of your garden with a more dense foliage canopy. Top Tip: When watering tall shrubs and trees, increase the watering height by unthreading the spray head and connecting a Rigid Riser to the outlet.

Each winged micro spray head features a built-in snap ring that holds the cap of the sprayer in place. The snap ring allows for the cap to be removed and reassembled from the spray body using a Hydrosure Key Punch. This unique design provides the perfect solution when debris or insects distort the spray pattern and block the sprayer outlet. The cap and base can be cleaned in a bucket of water and reassembled to ensure optimal coverage and the correct spray pattern is emitted.

Pre-assembled micro sprays not only save on construction but are also the ultimate time-saving solution compared with their underground watering counterparts yet still ensure a complete garden watering solution. A micro spray system can be quickly installed no matter how complicated your garden layout and unlike more permanent irrigation systems can be easily adapted or expanded if you change your garden design.

Manufactured from UV-stabilised polypropylene, acetal and PVC for a long life and protection against deterioration when in use and exposed to sunlight. Cheaper plastics will begin to fade and crack but you can be certain Hydrosure micro spray heads are built to last.

180° micro spray heads work best at water pressures around 1 – 2.5 bar. At this water pressure, they produce 33 L/h at 1 bar and 56 L/h at 2.5 bar with the ability to throw water to a diameter of up to 2.3m (depending on the pressure available). The water pressure from your tap usually exceeds the required pressure for a micro spray system to function optimally. Use a pressure reducer at the start of your system to regulate the pressure to the correct level.
