How does Pay Later with Klarna work?

Pay Later with Klarna is a payment method that allows you to buy now and pay later. This gives you extra flexibility when paying for your order as you’re able to pay within 30 days. If you’re choosing Pay Later with Klarna, please remember to spend responsibly.

When do you have to pay for your order?

·      Klarna will send you an email within 2 days of your order being placed with payment instructions.

·      You'll have 30 days to complete the payment online. You can pay at your convenience, interest-free, via credit or debit card on the Klarna app or by logging into Klarna's website.

·      You'll receive an email reminder two days before your payment is due. 

·      If you do not pay for your order on time, you may no longer be able to access Klarna’s payment options for future purchases. This may also affect your ability to get credit from other lenders too.

Upon application, Klarna will perform soft searches with credit reference agencies to determine if you are eligible. Pay Later with Klarna credit agreements aren’t regulated by the FCA. This means any missed payments may affect your ability to get credit from Klarna and other lenders as Klarna may also report missed payments to credit reference agencies. 18+, UK residents only. I’m having an issue paying for my order.

We are sorry that you are having an issue when trying to place your order. If your payment was declined, please double-check the following:

• Check the card details you inputted are correct e.g expiry date/card number
• Make sure you entered your security code correctly (the 3-digit number on the back of your card)
• Your card issuer may have declined the payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them or contact the bank.

How can I get an invoice for my order?

You can now access your invoices directly via your Water Irrigation account!

Simply log into your account, go to 'My Orders', and click 'Download Invoice', which can be found on the right-hand side of each order.  If you don't have an account with us, our Customer Service Team will be more than happy to help. Please get in touch with a copy of your order number so we can locate the invoice and get it sent over to you.

 

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with us is really straightforward. Simply follow these steps:

1. Click ‘Add to basket’ to place the item you wish to purchase in your bag.
2. Once you have finished browsing, click on the basket icon to view the items in your basket and to pay. If you’re happy with the items in your basket, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
3. Enter your email address. This is required so we can email you a copy of your receipt. If you already have an account, you can log in here, or if you’re a new customer you can create an account to receive all of our latest news and offers, as well as visibility of your orders on your account page. If you don’t wish to create an account, you can click ‘Continue as a Guest’.
4. Fill in your delivery information, then choose your delivery option.
5. Fill in your payment details and click ‘Place Order’. An email confirmation will then be sent to your email address to let you know your order details. Please double-check your spam/junk mail for this email if it does not arrive straight away.
