I’m having an issue signing into my account

If you receive a message saying your email address/password isn’t registered, there are a few things worth checking:

• Make sure you are using the same email address and password you are registered with.
• If you can’t remember your password, click on the ‘forgotten password’ link on the sign-in page. You’ll be asked to enter your email address and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

If you’re still having trouble signing in, contact our Customer Service Team Here with some screenshots of the error message you are receiving, so we can look into this and get it sorted for you.
