180° patterned spray jets are simple to install and can be used alongside 90° and 360° sprayers to create pattern overlap and ensure complete coverage. Easily assemble a system along the edge of vegetable beds and flower borders by hand threading the winged base directly into the top of a Rigid Riser. For watering plants along the main supply pipeline, install the riser directly into a 4mm hole in LDPE supply pipe or for more hard-to-reach areas, attach Micro Pipe to the inlet of the riser and use a 4mm Joiner to connect the riser and spray to the LDPE supply. The riser must then be clicked into a Ground Stake to provide a secure hold for the emitter and ensure a more accurate water spray pattern.

Micro sprays are the ultimate time-saving solution compared with their underground watering counterparts yet still ensure a complete garden watering solution. A micro spray system can be quickly installed no matter how complicated your garden layout and unlike more permanent irrigation systems can be easily adapted or expanded if you change your garden design.

Each winged micro spray head features a built-in snap ring that holds the cap of the sprayer in place. The snap ring allows for the cap to be removed and reassembled from the spray body using a Hydrosure Key Punch. This unique design provides the perfect solution when debris or insects distort the spray pattern and block the sprayer outlet. The cap and base can be cleaned in a bucket of water and reassembled to ensure optimal coverage and the correct spray pattern is emitted.

Manufactured from UV-stabilised materials for long life and protection against deterioration when in use and exposed to sunlight. Cheaper plastics will begin to fade and crack but you can be certain Hydrosure micro spray heads are built to last.

180° micro spray heads work best at water pressures around 1 – 2.5 bar. At this water pressure, they produce 55 L/h at 1 bar and 91 L/h at 2.5 bar with the ability to throw water to a radius of up to 3.1m (depending on pressure available). The water pressure from your tap usually exceeds the required pressure for a micro spray system to function optimally. Use a Pressure Reducer at the start of your system to regulate the pressure to the correct level.
